At Gazebo Parts Shop, we stand behind the quality of our replacement parts for outdoor living products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of gazebo components, hammock hardware, or other outdoor replacement parts, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

  • 15-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

To begin the process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include the RMA number clearly on your package and ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the replacement part. Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened packages of small hardware components (nuts, bolts, washers)
  • Custom-cut or modified parts
  • Items showing signs of use or installation attempts

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. These costs will not be refunded by Gazebo Parts Shop.
